Leadership

Since 2007, Ken has been COO of the UMarketing family of services, including Resonant Analytics and DRUM. He is considered a global authority in the fields of database, analytics, CRM strategies, and program execution. As founder of two of the most successful analytics companies in the direct marketing industry — Market Knowledge and MDS Global — Ken focuses on information-based marketing strategies and solutions for our clients.

Ken Lomasney

George has been CEO of the UMarketing family of services, including DRUM and Resonant Analytics, since 2007. During his nearly 30 years in the fields of direct, interactive and database marketing and advertising, Mr. Wiedemann founded Grey Direct (now incorporated by WPP into Geometry) and grew it into a global network with over $1 billion of client spend through 38 global offices. He served as President and CEO of Responsys, a leading commercial e-mail company (now at the center of the Oracle marketing cloud), was CEO of Rewards Network, and headed Harte-Hanks Partners in New York. As leader of our corporate strategy, he provides a unique industry focus that drives to deliver on our clients’ business goals.

George Wiedemann

Meg leads the UMarketing client service team and works directly with clients to develop strategic marketing approaches. She brings extensive experience to her role, including EVP, Director of Client Development at Aspen Marketing Services and CMO at The Townsend Agency. She also served as a long-term interim executive for several agencies including Rapp, DDB, Grey Direct and Drastic. Meg is on the National Board of Directors/Executive Committee of the Business Marketing Association, and on the advisory boards of the DMA Political Action Committee and the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing Educational Foundation.

Meg Goodman

David brings a wealth of experience as the leader of DRUM, having most recently led Band Digital and WhittmanHart Interactive to national recognition both by Forrester and Advertising Age. David started in traditional advertising, first at the Leo Burnett Company working on accounts like Kellogg’s, Sony, and Samsonite, then as Director of Client Services at Y&R, overseeing all accounts including Sears, Jim Beam, H&R Block and Monsanto. David applies his robust experience to shepherding client relationships and directing strategy, as well as driving the DRUM company vision and measuring performance against its goals.

David Skinner

Alicia started her career in the traditional branding space working at agencies like MGL, BBDO and Agency212. There she gained deep experience in the fashion, liquor, banking and energy categories. At UMarketing she has helped build a solid base of both direct and branding clients and has spent her time creating a fully integrated approach in the world of digital marketing and customer engagement. As the General Manager of the New York office she continues to lead the team into new technology platforms, while allowing them to focus on the customer experience and truly relevant messaging in all channels.

Alicia Wiedemann

Rosann leads the creative team and oversees all online and offline work in UMarketing’s Chicago and Columbus offices. Prior to joining UMarketing, Rosann was a VP Creative Director at Aspen Marketing Services, where she managed the creative staff and directed online and offline creative for many of the agency’s largest accounts. She has also served as Executive Creative Director at The Townsend Agency, started a Direct Division at RBL&W, a prominent general agency in Raleigh, North Carolina, and led award-winning TV, print, and direct mail efforts as a creative director at Draft Worldwide. Rosann has lectured at a number of seminars and industry conferences.

Rosann Bartle

Jackson has extensive experience in creating client-focused business solutions that leverage state-of-the-art data processing and analytics to generate key consumer insights and drive business process optimization. His teams develop database marketing and targeting strategies for clients across many industries including consumer products, credit card, banking and financial services, software products, travel and leisure, and healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Dr. Barrett has led businesses that develop and implement behavioral targeting algorithms and decision support systems based on credit bureau, demographic, sociographic, and consumer purchase behavior data.

Dr. Jackson Barrett

Elizabeth Young leads UMarketing’s Research team, and works with teams across the company to ensure that research offerings, whether quantitative or qualitative, are designed and delivered in a manner that aligns with client needs. She is a recent graduate of Northwestern University’s Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications program, where she specialized in both Media Management and Digital Marketing.  She has studied Statistics for over 10 years, concentrating on Bayesian models and actuarial science. Before coming to UMarketing, she held client services and panel management roles at comScore, Inc. and The Nielsen Company, working across a variety of verticals, including CPG, financial services, and technology. She currently serves on the board of the Media Research Club of Chicago.

Elizabeth Young

Jim Arkus has over twenty years of direct marketing experience in all facets of direct marketing program management — from list development to print production. Jim has held positions with Donnelley Marketing, Inc., Bank One Corporation and Nationwide Insurance prior to joining UMarketing. Jim’s responsibilities are to interface with the client on a daily basis, understand the client’s objectives, and lead the internal management team within UMarketing to develop successful direct marketing programs that exceed expectations.

Jim Arkus

Chris has a consistent track record of generating strong positive engagement and ROI through building sustainable multi-channel marketing programs. Prior to UMarketing, Chris held senior positions on both the agency and client side for DoubleClick, Medscape/WebMD, Shutterstock, BMG Direct, Zeta Interactive, and Acxiom Digital. At UMarketing, Chris provides clients with marketing strategic direction to improve performance through messaging, analytics, technology, and user experience.

Chris Wiedemann

In her current role at UMarketing, Sarah is responsible for accounting, financial management and human resource
administration. Prior to joining UMarketing in 2007, Sarah managed retail client services for LaSalle Bank in Chicago.
Sarah received a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Masters in Business
Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

Sarah Whisson, CPA

Alexander has expertise in leveraging contact center and mobile strategies ensuring brand interactions with customer and prospects are not just touches, but instead are inspiring interactions and measurable engagements. With a hybrid background of marketing agency and contact center experience, his team has helped clients increase sales and win back customers across many industries including healthcare, pharmaceutical, life insurance, technology, credit card, mobile phone, ticket sales, travel, and banking. Alexander leads an omni-offering suite of contact center services including UMarketing Tele-Engagement’s M.A.P. measurement of Methodology, Apparatus, and Personnel, which he implemented upon joining the agency in 2012. The best vendors in the space embrace this process and welcome his partnering approach allowing great strategic relationships and performance.

Jeff is an award-winning creative leader who has mastered the art and science of using data and business intelligence to deliver strategic, customer-focused communications, along with on-target conceptual ideas and solutions that generate maximum results. He creates powerful brand stories and translates them into fully integrated campaigns across multiple channels. He understands the importance of the team and champions multidisciplinary collaboration. Utilizing current and emerging digital technologies, Jeff has a proven track record of consistently surpassing client’s ROI goals.

Quincy is a dynamic consumer marketing professional with expertise in media planning, broadcast buying and cross-channel acquisition/retention marketing. With prior experience on both the agency (BBDO) and client (HBO, Universal Music Group) sides, Quincy joined UMarketing in 2010 and now leads its Media Team, developing strategy and implementing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
