A dynamic, growing mid-sized marketing services agency in Lombard (with additional locations in NYC, Columbus, and Omaha) seeks a talented Art Director to join our creative staff. The ideal candidate must be able to handle larger design projects but not expected to lead project at this point. Should have excellent design skills, and be able to work quickly. A strong understanding of Direct marketing a plus

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in both off and on-line design
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a team environment
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns
• Experience with financial/insurance clients a plus
• Must have designed in the online space such as; emails, banner ads, and web pages.
• Must have a good understanding of HTML and have worked in FLASH a plus
