My partner Jerry Gottlieb made me aware of www.businessreadstoday.com, and after spending some time there would like to call your attention to it.  Turns out the site is the creation of one of our own, Lynda Koster, who worked with us on VNSNY CHOICE for a year before pursuing her own path.  One CEO is to have commented that he regularly visits the site in order to understand trends and especially what is on the cutting edge.  Besides the gamification piece which was fascinating, the piece on “From Customer Centric to Customer Worthy” caught our eye.  This is important here at UMarketing because the “U” in our name stands for the customer.  We believe that the future will be more about the “engagement proposition” than the “value proposition” regarding successful brand communications. We wish Linda all the best with her site, but mainly we commend it to you as a place to keep up with the latest.
