Chase opened 85 Homeownership Centers across the United States as a resource for Chase mortgage customers to meet one-on-one with a Customer Assistance Specialist and discuss their mortgage options. To introduce these centers to customers, Chase turned to UMarketing to help create a multi-touch marketing campaign.

Because there was urgency to the needs of these homeowners, monthly UPS packages were mailed to mortgage customers within a pre-defined radius around each Chase Homeownership Center. These mailers provided address and contact information for the center along with the documents needed by the customer. Self-mailer reminders were also mailed to the same audience. Also, since many of these mortgage customers were also Chase retail banking customers, awareness was further heightened by using targeted messages on Chase ATMs and Chase.com.
