NEW YORK – UMarketing, a provider of multi-channel marketing services to client organizations based on superior knowledge about their customers, has announced the acquisition of tenthirty. A full-service advertising agency based in Chicago, which will be incorporated into the UMarketing brand. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition was made by Wiedemann & Lomasney, a marketing services holding company that is the titular owner of UMarketing, LLC. With the acquisition, UMarketing now has four locations: Chicago and Lombard, Illinois; Columbus, Ohio; and New York, New York.
tenthirty, founded in 2001 in Chicago, serves a diverse clientele in the financial services segment. Premiere clients include First National Bank of Omaha, Allstate and Visa Its creative efforts incorporate branding, general advertising and direct marketing in all media, and extend both to consumer and business-to-business markets.
