Prior to joining UMarketing, Rosann was a VP Creative Director at Aspen Marketing Services, where she managed the creative staff and directed the creative development on both online and offline creative for many of the Agency's largest accounts. Before joining The Townsend Agency (later acquired by Aspen), Rosann started a Direct Division within RBL&W, a well-established general agency in Raleigh, North Carolina. While a creative director at Draft Worldwide, she lead efforts to develop award-winning creative in TV, print, and direct mail. She has lectured at several client sponsored seminars and industry-wide conferences.
